Bazaruto

Proclaimed in 1971, the National Park of the Bazaruto Archipelago is located along the coast of Vilankulos and Inhassoro, in Inhambane, including the islands of Bazaruto, Benguerra, Magaruque, Santa Carolina and Bangué. The park has an extension of 1583km².

It was proclaimed as a national park to preserve the dugong and the sea turtle. Those who dive in its pristine waters can observe the picturesque beauty of its corals and the rich ecosystem that moves around them.

We can also have a good time inside its forests with saltwater lagoons inhabited by flamingos. The Vilankulos airport, the services, and the diversity of accommodation options bring a unique dynamism to the place.
